How do I make payment?
Payment for your flower order can be made securely using PayPal.

How much notice do I need to give you for my flower order?
We require 5 working days notice for all orders.

Can I order flowers and gifts over the telephone?
Yes, please see our Contact page for our contact details.

Can I cancel / amend my order?
Yes, you can, but we regret that orders cannot be cancelled or amended within 72 hours of dispatch for all orders.

Can I pre-order in advance?
We accept orders up to 12 months in advance and we recommend that flowers specifically for a funeral be made at least 7 days before the actual funeral.

I am having difficulty placing my order, what should I do?

How do I amend an order?
If you would like to change your order you've placed please contact Sue on 01473 788561 or 07738550074. Orders cannot be amended 48 hours prior to delivery.

Can you send me a receipt?
Yes, simply call Sue on 01473 788561 ot 07738550074 or email sue@shotleyflorist.co.uk to request a paper receipt. Receipts can only be issued to the customer that placed the order.

Will the flowers look exactly like the photo on your website?
Flowers specified in the arrangements shown may differ as per seasonal availability. If the flowers specified in the arrangements are not available, suitable alternatives will be used.

Can I specify a timed delivery?
With the exception of funeral flower we are unable to carry out timed deliveries. We cannot guarantee any specific times or am/pm requests, but we'll do our very best to accommodate you.

What happens if the recipient is not home?
We will attempt to leave your delivery in a secure and convenient place (for example with a neighbour). On the occasions we are unable to deliver, we will post a card informing the recipient of the necessary contact details and re-deliver the next day.
